We Simplify The Process

For the vast majority of Saudi Work visa application, prospective applicants will need their relevant qualifications verified.

Non Engineering /Technician type roles will require Mosadaqa and QVP.

Engineering /Technicians will require Mosadaqa and Saudi Council of Engineering.

Health Professionals will require Dataflow and Saudi Commision of Health Specialists.

Qualification Verification

Qualifications
MOSADAQA

Saudi Arabia uses several different processes in order approve applicant's qualifications. The most common of these is MOSADAQA. We ask applicant's to complete a few simple forms and provide authorisations to Emissary and then we enter your details onto the system. MOSADAQA then begines a primary source verification of your qualification. They will contact the University/College to get a confirmation of your attendance and the grade you achieved. We will provide you with an info pack and the forms that must be signed. You just complete these and return these to us and we begin the process. We constantly monitor and then send you the verification as soon as it is available.

Qualifications
SAUDI COUNCIL OF ENGINEERS

There are some job titles that employers will use on your visa paperwork that will require a different Saudi entity to approve your qualifications/accreditations. Many Engineering type job title will require this process. So will various Technician job titles. This is a process that is done alongside MOSADAQA. The process is similar. You will also be required to enrol in an annual membership of the Saudi Council of Engineers. Emissary will check the paperework provided to you is accurate and then we will apply on your behalf and monitor all the way through until completion.

QVP

The majority of job titles that are not Engineers/Technicians will have to go through a secondary process called QVP. This is a Saudi organisation that matches the relevance of your job title to your qualifications. As an example, a job title as Accountant would be expected to have a qualification in Accoutancy. Emissary will upload all your necessary documents and monitor this process on your behalf through to completion.

Health Professionals

Those applicants who will be applying to work in the Health sector will have to provide membership to the Saudi Commision of Health Specialists (SCHS) instead using the QVP process. Currently the Saudis are also using the Company DATAFLOW to verify the qualfications necessary to join the SCHS. Emissary will organise the documents you have and inform you clearly of those you will need and make the applications on your behalf and monite through to completion.
